Nice work buddy between the backblade and the snow blower your armed for any amount of snow fall. Nice work! Land Pride makes some of the nicest backblades IMO
@OrangeismyNewGreen3 жыл бұрын
Thanks Biff 👍🏻. I agree, if I compare my LandPride to the Green one I got for a short while, the build quality is much better on the LandPride. Have a great week!

You have to love the blower and back blade combination on the sub-compacts! I prefer the combination we use., Front blower and a rear blade! I've seen a lot of operators on with the reverse situation. But, dono about you, but I get a sore neck watching them! Would rather blow the snow out of the way, than make huge piles! Do really love that little fuel cart & can combination. That was downright smart! This green owner might have to copy that from you!
@OrangeismyNewGreen3 жыл бұрын
I agree with you, although the front mount packages are more expensive, I’m willing to pay that extra $$ to save my neck 😉. The cart and can makes fueling so much easier, I hope you build one 👍🏻, thanks for watching Phil 🙂👍🏻

@@OrangeismyNewGreen It's a hard fact to realize we are not in our 30's anymore! Well put, if it saves my neck and back, I'll buy it! Enjoy your videos and appreciate the effort. The casters to roll the cart to the machine with the convenience of the anti-jell, good stuff! Deff, going to put that together for year-round use! Thanks for sharing that!

How's she goin'? I'm a Massey Ferguson guy but I have to say, Kubotas sure start good. My Massey would crank for several seconds before it would come to life. Nice video and you did a great job plowing. The back blade is great for getting up close to things. Then use the blower to clear it all away!! Thanks for posting and take care!
@OrangeismyNewGreen3 жыл бұрын
Hi Grampie, I’m sure the Massey is just as good 👍🏻, yep the rear blade is great for that, thanks for watching and stay safe 👍🏻🙂

You sure keep the driveway base very clean. You won't get a slushy mess when warm weather comes! That is the advantage of the blade along with the blower. We got a good 8-10 inches this week. Amazingly, my parents did not get snow (Trois-Rivières). Thanks!

New subscriber here. Just found your channel. I like your fueling arrangement. Works pretty slick. I have the L2501 Kubota with the loader and Land Pride box blade. I also have a much larger John Deere 2520 diesel with a Westendorf loader and a super heavy duty Keewaunee rear blade. That tractor is 2wd but I have the old style twist link chains that I run on the rears. They weigh a ton. It is all that I want to lift to get them up over the tires when I put them on. I use my Kubota as a clean up tool now as the Deere can move a whole lot more snow faster but the Kubota does a nicer neater looking job.
@OrangeismyNewGreen3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for subscribing Gary 👍🏻. You have a good mix of equipment, you must have a pretty big property. Is the 2520 the previous version of the now 2032-2038?
@tractortalkwithgary12713 жыл бұрын
@@OrangeismyNewGreen , no I believe it is a bit larger framed tractor yet. It is a small step down from the 3020 John Deere of that era and manufactured in Dubuque, Iowa instead of Waterloo, Iowa where all the other tractors are made. They didn't make very many of these which is what makes it so rare. They were too small for the field work of that day and too big for the compact tractors, so they never caught on. Serves me well. Thanks for watching.

I have the exact same blade. Thinking of upgrading to a 72. What are your thoughts. A Ritter Bit Will Do KZbin channel says a 72 does the best job. Thanks mate 👍
@OrangeismyNewGreen2 жыл бұрын
I think with a 72” on my BX the tractor might bog down faster depending on the angle of the blade and the type of snow. Jon has a multi position blade, he can offset his much easier than ours, he pulls a pin and the main beam can move left or right so he can have the blade wider on one side than the tire tracks 👍🏻. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching Allen and have a great Sunday and Happy Holidays 🎅🏻🎄🙋🏼♂️🙂👍🏻
