I thought you bought a house for $30k! My house has your typical upgrades…kitchen, bathrooms, hardwood throughout, new roof, painted a few times and new furniture and art. Plus a new furnace and a/c because I’ve been living here since I was a kid. While Kim’s entire house is neutral ours is but with greys, browns, pink and blues. My mom passed in 2015 so my dad asks my sister and me for our opinions.
