The emote thing is pretty well-known. Specific sitting emotes are used to "clip" into the Warsat at the start of the Fallen Saber strike. Doing this removes enough of your hitbox from enemy LoS to cause them to never attack you, letting you essentially afk and clear that part solo. I'm sure this works in other places but it's specifically useful in that particular instance.

another well known one is the elevator part of the scarlet keep strike. there are 3 pillars with are terrible cover but enough to sit inside with some emotes.

Chair emotes are regularly used to clip into the back wall at Atheon, to avoid damage when reading the oracles

The emote one stopped trials for awhile back in the early days of D2, because you could clip through the walls and either kill players or see where they were

Regarding emote trickery: This is probably well known (and you might have even covered it already, don't recall), but some emotes (such as ascend to throne from lost) put your head so far back that you can hide from enemies, since they try to aim for your head they get confused. Most useful in hiding in the warsat in Devil's lair, but also in scarlet keep elevator, and some other places.

A note on the water: it also traps certain projectiles like symmetry's alt fire. If you crouch and look straight down, symmetry's alt fire will get stuck in the water layer, creating what is effectively an arc landmine for the enemies (with a duration, of course. Projectiles don't last forever)

this emote clipping is used a lot in that one strike from shadowkeep with the giant elevator. people will go to the box things on the elevator and use either the purple couch or the gold couch emote to clip inside the box preventing all the acolytes in the cubbies on the outside from shooting you. mostly used in nightfalls for obvious reasons.

When you OOB at the tower you can stand on the stairs down to Ada/Drifter and emote people through that wall. I’ve done it loads and get fun reactions from people running by 😂

@1:36 there is an emote bug my friends and I do on VOG where one person emotes into a wall and they can call out oracles without getting hit during the Atheon fight and it works fairly well

Not sure if you had it in a previous video but the emote clipping is actually a common used strat in the Grandmaster for the Scarlet Keep Strike's elevator where you can clip into the pillars with certain sitting emotes.

You can survive a shot from the 6 shooter golden gun as a titan with icefall mantles on, whisper of chains helps too. Really good for shotguning them when they turn a corner lol they don't expect you to survive

Imagine playing your 7th flawless match in Trials, the score is 4/4, and the zone is up, but the enemy team has gathering storm and sticks it onto a Effigy Ball which is picked up by their Titan, who proceeds to suicide charge into the zone and electrocute your entire team and win.

As for number 3 the grouped emotes can be used to pull players from behind doors, main example would be in 2nd encounter lastwish you can pull people though the door. Number 7 strafe glide also give you a speed boosted during heat rise skating.

Doesn't heat rises just swap your jump? I always run burst but it swaps to strafe / controlled glide when I consume the grenade or use super

A glitch even you might not know: In the new mission, when you surrender your weapons and go to your inventory to change weapons/mods or delete something from the inventory. When you're in there and your teammates press the button to get your weapons back and start persuing the next step before you get out of your inventory or menu, you'll have to persue the rest of the mission without weapons and in 3rd person. Not even dying will fix this issue. However abilities will still work but you won't see their refresh rate.

Here is a hint of taking screenshots for all classes Swords and Glacier Wall Nades If you hug the walls your camera will go inside you making it great to take screenshots from wierd and different angle using it since glacier Nades came out and since you get grenades faster than supers it is executed much easier

Can confirm the GL and water bug. Was running an Expedition mission with wave frame GL, shot the ground as always, but the grenade hit the water and literally got stuck and was in "primed" state for good 10-15 seconds staying in one place before exploding.

I could be wrong on this, but for #11 I believe bows are hitscan and not projecticle when fully drawn, however partially drawn are projectile.

Regarding #9 going out of bounds, if you go the other way (to the left) and go up the slope to a top, thin line you can walk on, and make your way in the direction of the corridors he jumps to in #10 you'll fall down a slope and do the arms flailing animation. Instead of dying, you'll simply land on your feet like nothing ever happened and you can walk around in a permanent 3rd person view. You can't use weapons or abilities but you can still double jump. I haven't figured out how to get back up, though. It would be interesting to do the rest of the mission in 3rd person.

Yo TDT, if you use a good sword. Block when taking damage and when ur charge runs out, you should get a knock back animation, on striker pop your super and you can get a 1st person view

You should do an out of bounds video on the best places to go out of bounds. My favorites are in the tower near Hawthorne where you can go talk to drifter from out of bounds and nessus under xur's tree.

You dont even have to clip through the map to reset the first Boss fight in Operaten Seraph, you just have to go back from the capture room. Had this Glitch when I forgot to collect the security drone and went back. xD

So Fun (Kinda) cruel fact about the Seraph shield one. If you are in the spacewalk portion of the mission and get babooned, it will put you back in the hallway before the surrender. Meaning you can still also lock people out that way too.

if you can easily create wells with any mod, elemental charge + surprise attack is stupid strong. Ideas: 260 Sidearms like Cryothesia can go 3 tap like a hand cannon, god help when you pair brigands law with surprise attack and any other damage buff and omolon adaptives might be neat.

I got another one. If you damage yourself (let's say with a gl), then you can swing an arc sword and it'll proc arc conductor on the riskrunner. Taking damage from enemies will reset this, but as long as YOU were the last one to damage yourself, a single swing from something like half-truths will proc it.

theres a pve emote trick using either the atheon or mara sov throne emotes, bc they sit you so far back, you can phase into the warsat in the start of Fallen SABER strike to be un-aggroable and let all the enemies except champs despawn while you cap the warsat from safety.

I did #9 accidentally on my first run through, that mission had a serious problem with strong arming you at certain points that needed more guiding. Completely missed the boxes you needed to shoot to get across and the knights on that platform werent firing or popping up on a radar. Didn't notice them at all when i jumped down to another platform and spent 10 minutes jumping from area to area until i found my way through the walls. So glad I got to spend half an hour going to the glitch point and back because they placed the objects you needed to shoot somehwere no one would look when there are more apparent objects that could lead forward.

10 is actually very annoying if you are doing the space walk and get an error code that sets you back at the last checkpoint, which makes you do the 3 brigs fight again BUT you won’t be able to “get captured” again since the door won’t open😭

Here's a new one. There's an advanced movement technique where if you slide off a ledge and immediately press a different direction, you'll mid air strafe in that direction once the slide animation is done. Works on controller not sure about PC

I think the reason the grande last longer when hitting water is because it dosent regester as having hit the ground yet so some kind of internal timer dosent start just yet for the grande. That's just my guess tho

I found out that clip in Seraph’s Shield by accident while I was doing the mission with a buddy. He was having trouble with the mobs in legend mode while I was trying to figure out how to get back. 😂

The reason that Burst Glide isn't as great as you think is because it used to be overpowered in year 1-2 dawnblade pvp. It was so fast that people couldn't even target them. So bungie nerfed to the ground and now all we use is Strafe Glide. It is not as fast as burst glide once was but it more balance in the eyes of bungie and the players.

If you want to explore the seraph station make sure you dont enter a joining allies zone, it will get you stuck because the game doesn't know where to put you. I well skated above the station to the end today and went above the textures

@@griqs Not the same speed as the super when only using the jump, but heat rises kind of gives you the effect of the "opposite jump" on top of the currently equipped jump. For example, when burst is equipped, heat rises will detract from your initial speed boost slightly, but let you have more maneuverability while airborne (as if you also had strafe equipped). When you equip strafe glide, heat rises also gives a speed boost similar to as if you had burst glide equipped too, and when you pair this new speed boost on strafe with the double icarus dash from heat rises, you are able to reach speeds that can kill you if you hit a wall. TL;DR: Strafe glide + heat rises + icarus dash can reach speeds faster than what you saw with the super in the video.

looks like there's one thing you don't know yet... There is a way to play Destiny 3 in Destiny 2 1. Start Seraph's Shield 2. Play until the first encounter with the Hive Boss 3. Complete the encounter and move on where you surrender 4. If you are imprisoned and able to retrieve your weapons, you must be in inventory during this time (e.g. you are in the inventory and a mate does that, or you do that and then go straight to the inventory) 5. Have fun while you can still use your jump and most abilities but have no weapons and are still in 3rd person

Funny weird thing. If you play dares and whip out your sword with blink equipped at the start with 2 teleports you can go over the kill barrier at the first jump puzzle. It's funny because I was just bored anr I accidentally threw myself into the pillars then over the kill barrier.

Strafe glide is superior in most scenarios in general. Exception possibly being PvP. But the immensely better control you get with strafe without any major speed loss is worth it. Everyone pooh-poohs it as a beginner movement type but with the changes since the olden days, burst is only marginally faster - but you give up immense quantities of control and precision.

Didn’t we know about the emote thing? That’s the safe way of getting up the Scarlet Keep elevator without getting shot. Certain chair emotes clip your character (or whatever part of your character enemies target) through the wall. Just back up to the walls on the elevator and sit
