Manipulators always make others feel guilty & give you the urge to apologize for their own faults. Then, they use your apologies as formal confessions and evidences to make you a scapegoat. So even if it is your fault, think twice before apologizing if you suspect your words may get twisted and used against you later.

@Huonous5 жыл бұрын
Actually, often it's not the truth people can't handle, but the way they're treated because of it. For example if you point out something negative about someone, instead of feeling bad about the fact, they might feel bad because (they think that) you judge them. Most people want to be accepted and respected. If you can do that while stating a fact, they aren't that likely to get mad at you even if the fact isn't likeable.

I love standing up for myself and putting people in check for their behavior and I never apologize for that. What I feel is what I feel and it should be respected. If I feel a certain kind of way I'm gonna speak on it. How others feel about it is irrelevant to me. If people learn to take accountability for the things that they do and say and be aware of how it affects others around them, the better off they will be and just for once apologize for it.

Reject Ted , then you know it's wrong.It will cause u nothing but constant and endless pain. There are a few people in my life who absolutely adore me, two are former customers, I need them to buy my goods not love me. One- sided relationships never work, they're just Bottomless Pits of pain. I was in a relationship 3 years ago with somebody I liked way way more, we were intimate but I was the only one willing to share money. Eventually I realized it was just a game to them. Sometimes we're attracted to people we can't have to prove our worth. Don't do it to yourself. It's a common love trap many people fall into. Rejection raises a person's perceived value. You told her how you feel ,keep it moving. Keep your self respect. Maybe the next one will love you for it. Much Beauty can come from a sacrifice.

People normally apologize when they feel they’ve done something wrong or bad.If you’re not remorseful don’t apologize.Especially if you’re not to blame.If you ARE to blame,apologize sincerely from your heart and move on.Dont Keep apologizing for it.

Never apologize for unintentionally farting. Just say "excuse me."

Don't apologize because you are sick - I felt that! I have Neurological Lyme disease. Last weekend my family took an impromptu trip to our place at the Lake. 2 years ago, my life took a completely unexpected turn. After surviving a coma and all the other hellish things I go through like lumbar punctures, Neruo & Rheumatology appts I am not the same, stay up until 3 party girl. While I have finally reached stage 5 of grief: Acceptance, accepting that there is no cure however, there is maintenance! And maintenance for me looks like a whole lotta laying down. I don't want to lay down or sleep? I want to be like my old self - and party!! Which is the direction I'm taking this.. We have friends down there whom I adore! But, I am not the same woman they met. The husband actually said "I think you just come down here to sleep!" 😶 I didn't say anything.. Luckily, my husband is my biggest advocate and supporter. He replied in a very dignified manner and said "Well is that so bad? We came down here by ourselves. We didn't have plans with you two or anyone else? As her friends, understanding why she goes to lay down so she has the mental fortitude and physical wellbeing to actually be her silly, carefree self and have fun later is a benefit to us all." I couldn't be more proud and in love with this man🥰 We don't fake being sick, we fake being well, very well. No one would ever choose to be sick!? Wtf? If you're reading my post this far, I hope this has come across as a teachable moment and perhaps given you some insight on those with invisible illnesses. ~♡~ All My Love, -M

I always feel the need to apologise for anything and everything that I do, whether I need to or not. Because I feel that everything I do is wrong according to some so called professionals I never do anything right.

I always tell the truth, but most of people dont like that and even they make me feel guilty!
