in backbone fast, switchB will send RLQ to determine the root bridge is alive first. it is necessary since root switch might be dead that’s why another switch is declaring it is root. while generally it is well explained.

Does UplinkFast bypass the Max Age Timer as well ?

In unlink fast, max age timer is not in play since uplink fast only works for direct link failure.

I have a question for backbonefast. So in your scenario, Switch-A is Root Bridge, Switch-B has 1 RP toward SW-A and 1 BLK port toward Switch-C, Switch-C has 1 RP toward Switch A and DP to SW-B. So link between Switch-A and Switch-C is down. How does Switch-B realize that, Switch-C is recalculation for a new Root Bridge. Before link between Switch-A and Switch-C is down, Switch-B's is able to received BPDU from it's blocking port. How does Switch-B know that, Switch-C is need recalculation for RB? Is there any special BPDU send by Switch-C to Switch-B before link down and after link down?

As soon as the link between A and C is down..switch c starts sending himself as root bridge (assuming c has better bridge id)..now switch B will not treat this as superior bpdu..but as the port is in blocking state, it has to wait for max age (20sec) to come out of blocking state.

To answer specifically : 1.before link down bet A and C,A is the root bridge. 2.after link down ,C sends bpdu with himself as root.
