1. do exercises on your bed (while being on your phone) , for example crunches, bicycle thingy and leg lifting 2. stand whenever possible, that way you're burning more calories than just sitting down and doing stuff ( brush your hair, make a new hairstyle, do your makeup~ just do something while standing up) 3. do jumping jacks or squats, while waiting for food 4. use dumbells while you're watching TV or something on your computer 5. drink a lot of water and green tea every morning 6. use chewing gum cause it will make you feel like you're actually eating something 7. do any kind of moving like fidgeting while sitting on chair 8. walk around while you're brushing your teeth 9. wear ankle weights while going for a walk 10. drink iced cold water 11. eat negative calorie foods 12. take the stairs instead of using elevator 13. strech in the morning and at night for around 3 minutes 14. listen to upbeat music through the day cause it will make you feel energetic and you'd want to dance

Thank you! The white turtle neck is from a online store called Shein, the pink top is from a brand called Sienna sky and the earring I got them at a anime convention so I dont know where to find them, hope this helps

These technically don't really count as exercise, more like physical activity ^^ As I said in the beginning of the video, these don't replace exercise, but they help in being more active throughout the day.

@@PrincessJessy technically it is mild exercise, and for some people adding these things to their everyday lives would be a lot more exercise than they are used to doing.

1. Some exrisices in bed with phone 1:00 (example 1:42) 2. STAND MORE 2:17 (burn more cal) 3. Do jumping jacks when waiting for cofe or anything 2:43 4. Use dumbills when watching tv or yt 3:07 5. Water 3:35 6. Or green tea 3:47 7. Chewing gum (can burn 200?(mabye) in 2 hours) 3:58 8. Fidget (any movements) 4:30 (It can actually help burn calories so youre correct) 9. Walk around the room 5:00 10. Ankle weights 5:20 11. Ice cold water 6:02 12. Negative calorie food 6:30 EXAMPLE: 6:54 13. Take the stairs, not elevator🙄✋ 7:12 14. Stretch morning and night 7:53 15. Listen to beatmusic 8:31 aka dance or somethin

Ahhh yes it’s called law of assumption. Just believe the food u eat makes u under weight then it will happen. Or believe ur metabolism is lighting speed then it will happen. And you subliminals too😊

little tip: i like to listen to music to time how much exercise i'm doing. most songs are about three minutes so i just do that

Something I learned is that you can drink a gallon of water every day to lose weight and its healthy for your skin which even tho people find this hard, you can drink a cup when you wake up, 2 before each meal and 1 before bed-. Of course, im going off about 16 ounce full glasses but just something ive taken habit into doing

Do you think i can burn lots of calories walking around my room a lot? I like to walk but the weather where I live tends to be very extreme so I cannot do it outside a big portion of the time. I've been told walking won't count if it's not outside but I don't see why that'd be the case.

48kg is a pretty normal weight for your age!! ☺️ remember that you’re still growing, and that since you’re so young just cutting out junk food and doing a little exercise will get you in shape without stunting your growth❤️❤️❤️

Im trying to loose weight at the moment and I can't really do much sports because I have problems with my knees, ankles and wrists so thank you very much for those tips❤️ I will try to not have any bottles in my room to make extra steps every time I want to drink and I will do squads instead of bending over every time I want to pick something up
