Would you recommend a caique or green cheek conure in terms of temperament and overall interactive yet nice bird for a family?

Both species can be beaky and destructive, however, caiques are quieter and less messy, and, above all of this, caiques are perfect family birds, when conures are more a one person kind. Dont forget that birds are hard to keep and arent good for small children
