There’s a long list of people that want to love children and adopt them. My older sister married at 39 and has not been able to have a child. The problem is there are selfish birthers who won’t change their ways or let their kids who constantly end up in the foster system become adoptable by signing papers. It takes a strength to love a child who is in your foster care that you believe you’re going to adopt only for the druggie mother to change their mind and get to. Most people don’t realize that we don’t have adoptable kids in America waiting around (unless it’s a large family siblings set of older kids or high medical/needs where the child loses most financial/case support to support them if adopted and you really do need a village to help with them) we have kids who are not able to be adopted with parents who refuse to sign over rights until they are teens or older kids they spent years harming. It takes much longer than nine months to adopt a baby. Personally, I don’t think parental rights need to be taken, but I do think birthers need more psychological and spiritual counseling so they are helped before the kids get hurt. I know birth Mom’s who couldn’t care for the child have family convince them it would be wrong for them to give up the child, no, it’s wrong to endanger a child when you know you endanger yourself and can’t care for someone else. If your addicted the bad guys that abuse you, you choose alone with your child or love your child enough to let safer people care for them.
