On the other hand, the easy life of sitting on the couch or just relying on the same old skills you've always had... well it feels easy in the short term but you're probably setting yourself up for a hard life." The "relying on the same old skills" part hit me deep man. Growth is usually challenging and ultimately if you want to break through barriers, you're going to have to learn some new skills.
