Rubbish plan yakaiswa na Smith was working well when the city Council was under zanu pf. All this rubbish started when the cities were taken by the opposition. The opposition has failed to run the cities. This never used to happen from 1980 to 2000 when harare and other cities were under zanu pf. The decay started in year 2000 when the opposition took over. From then, they stopped refuse collections, treatment of water, people started building anywhere and the council didn't say a thing. This entirely on the opposition stop blaming the gorvenment

Nothing wrong with rural land, families have lived on that land for decades and millions have retired to their rural homes. Its not property investment but retirement home, one property is not an assert but offers security for retirement, rural land is good location and cheaper to build on. property for investment is about location not retirement. Rural landscape is changing good houses to be passed on to generations. You are mistakening property investment with retirement home.
