Back again - thought good to do a repeat sometimes coach Paul. V hot in SW England think we have imported Caribbean weather 32C today , sunny and our sons are playing rugby! So much for being a winter sport! Hope you are just loving the islands.

That was a gr8 combination of cardio with wts!!!. More of these Coach Paul, plz..The time duration cud be increased to 1hr. That wud be wonderful!!

@@PaulEugene No worries at all! I loved the virtual jog tonight, and you have so many cardio/strength combos posted. I have many saved to choose from anytime. I’ve also added light weights during some cardio workouts too.

I think this could be done on a mini trampoline if you are just marching or walking on it. Bouncing up and down or jumping with weights is not safe.
