Wow, Coach Paul Eugene, I did a standing workout. It was amazing, and I am not a fan of cardio. I think you just changed that. I am super sweaty, even my glasses. I appreciate the long stretch, and you even made burpees fun

Paul. Aloha from Kauai. I have been listening to your videos for 6 weeks straight. Fractured both of my heels. That being said, I started in a wheel chair for the first 4 weeks. Then crutches for last 2 weeks. With your great energy and following along, I am starting to walk on my own. Movement is Medicine Mahalo 🤙🏽

Thank you so much for your chair exercises. I do them on KZbin on T.V. five days a week. You gave me hope to exercise and get fit. I had a bad accident a few years ago, and they weren't sure I'd even walk again, I lost my short term memory and had to retire earlier than expected. I found your chair exercises on TV and you gave me hope. I just wanted to tell you thank you from the bottom of my heart. ❤
