Sweet. Me and my friend did this way back in the day on Lake Seminole! Ran a 300’ sliding dock start from across the street on kneeboards and other kinds of skiing and wakeboarding. Glad to see someone having fun w stuff like this in the days of KZbin. Not the first person in eternity-there was water sports before KZbin my young friends. Just keep having fun!! That’s the point!

A friend my age (50) her husband pulled her out of the water too fast on a one ski and she was having leg surgery that day. Whew! SHOUT OUT GRAEME! Maybe not bringing the speed up so much would make the wake longer edge to edge making the jump bigger, increasing the speed just keeps the wake the same distance apart… maybe I’m missing something

You literally almost could edge bank to bank of lake Austin at that 150 rope length 😂. Doing 37 and edging as hard as you had to go to maintain rope tension with it being that long so you could edge through the wake probably had you hitting about 45-50 when you hit the wake I would imagine. Would be curious to see what a radar gun would clock on you as you hit the wake of that 150er. Insane.

Maybe not a "Wake to Wake" video but what about "Longest Wakeboard-able Rope"..... Even at 150ft the rope is no where near the water.... I am better you can get to close to 200 ft and still have it "rideable" Might have to get that boat an Over Drive gear though.

I want to see the longest rope that is not dragging in the water and you still can cut from one side all the way across. and preferably at high speeds! haha

For those who don't wakeboard: Riding above 26-27 mph is quite fast and starts to get sketchy A tantrum at 28 mph into the flats, insane Wakeboarding at any length at 37 mph is dangerous, let alone sending it across the wake
