For quest helper if you open it on the side panel you can check off different parts of the quest then uncheck them when you want to go back.

You said that the most efficient way is to do one lap of floor 4 then tele to ardy and run a lap. I think it's technically more efficient to pick up a mark and logout for 3 minutes and then log in, finish the lap to the next mark. In real time the Sep-Ardy method is better, but for in game time the logout method is better, if not by much.

@@heboxjonge Fair enough. Don't think there is much time difference. It's like teleport times and maybe a couple tile difference all told. Sep-Ardy is also gonna be more applicable to more people as most people don't care about in game time. Not enough people biting off 2k hour speedruns for some reason.

You have mistaken the effect of the Ring of Endurance. You can use it as a stamina ring with any number of charges. It's the graceful effect that needs 500 or more charges. If you're okay with your weight, you can use it normally.

well not really, when you charge it with stamina doses you still need to drink another dose to use the charge in the ring. it will restore 40% run and give you 4mins of stam effect. so it doesnt double your stam doses, you just drink 2 at the same time with it. and the only useful effect of it is the 15% graceful effect but that requires 500 doses and more to upkeep it

You don’t NEED 500 charges, it just give an additional boost if you have 500 charges. The normal double run restore and 4m stam time works just fine at any charge amount. Anything where you’re using stam pots it cuts the amount of pot in your inv by half lol. Could be super useful.

It doesn't double it, when you drink a stam dose it als uses 1 charge from te ring. Still giving you 2mins per dose

Can someone explain what EHP is, I've played 19k+ hours on rs2 and 9k on osrs, and how is it possible to get "ahead" in EHP when its supposed to be the most efficient way to play... Like, why are some of these xp rates for EHP not actually the correct, say using demonic thrones to have con be 12m xp/hr, which is by definition, the most efficient. Seems like all this EHP is just held back by some "eh" that's good enough xp/hr. Shouldn't there be some other term for it?

This is the definition of EHP: "Unit to measure efficient progress towards 200m xp in all skills." its just a rate that is agreed on to be maintainable longterm with a realistic method towards 200m. so yes you can get over ehp if you are tickperfect or do something like thrones that are just not viable long term.

So maybe think of it as two seperate things, perfect efficient hours played, PEHP and efficient hours player EHP. Perfect efficient hours played would be a useless measurement though, cause not even bots can get 100% PEHP, cause lag spikes losing them ticks. Would be unrealistic to expect it from people.
