If I have that kind of money, I'd rather buy the one I saw in White Plains which is around 125-130m and its bigger than this one and its a really big house, almost 1k square meters. Don't get me wrong, I like this condo unit but I'm sticking to my reality which is sticking to what I'm comfortable with, on the ground... :)

Yeah... I wouldn't want to be in a high rise when a Big One hits. Don't care if that building will survive or not. Earthquake on a high rise is very scary. On the other hand... One would not buy this penthouse for the living area... One would buy this because it is BGC. You're literally buying access to a lifestyle in BGC. It all boils down to preference.

Most likely name rights. Foreigners cant own land but Hyatt is a big international corporation so they might have invested or partnered with local rich Filipino or Corporation.

This is not high class. It’s just regular materials. It’s big, but not luxurious. For the price there should be a private jet concierge, a helipad, a private garage on the same floor as the unit. You can add other things, like a chef.
