I am so happy I got his video. I was watching your videos about the 160 acres your bought and jealous about the number of subscribers you have on that channel. This video gives me hope. This move wasn't even on our radar when we filmed this. We were still working to be debt free, but figured we'd just be working to pay down our current mortgage faster. Less than 6 months ago we saw an opportunity to start over debt-free and spend the next 5 years building what we already had. If we didn't take the opportunity, we'd be paying a mortgage for the next 18 years. No idea how that channel is blowing up so much, lol! I'm just as dumbfounded as you. Thanks so much for watching!
