On successful bid, you have to pay 25 percent of bid price within 72 hours. That includes 4lakh. Example, you are highest bidder for 1cr, then you have to pay 25 - 4 = 21 L within 3 days

@@maheshkumarmayya yes, till the last day of e bidding very less participants, final day many will be added, they keep on bidding untill it reaches that level.. for example initial bid 5500per sqft it will reach upto 9000 per sqft.. that too west and south facing sites and very far from main roads and near to Muslim majority areas... For corner and east North facing sites it may touch 12000 per sqft... It's waste of time and energy and we always dream about this BDA sites
