To participate in the auction how much deposit to be made. Then after you win the auction say you win a 1 crore bid. How much taxes on top of that for Registration and other expenses to get the Title deed in your hands as a %age?. Can NRIs participate. Do you act on their behalf in their best interest?. Is the auction a dynamic bid auction or a sealed bid auction. Can you make a video with those kind of questions answered and for NRI based clients and preferably in full English. Thanks
