Nice video covering Banashankari 6th stage. This layout was actually formed in 2000 ( Mr. Jerome was BDA commissioner). The price was 1.75 lakh for 30x40 site.

I am a common man and my earnings are less and I cannot go to big hospital or I cannot send my children's to big schoo if Govt school is there it is helpful to me. There is no bus facilities still. If all these comes I can think of buying.

Part I agree is the location and advantage of Thurahalli Forest. But I totally disagree with any benefits with a BDA layout. I was also under the impression that bda layouts will be good but after moving to my new house realised how terrible BDA is. There is no drinking water facility yet for a layout that's nearly 20 years old. Maintenance is terrible as BDA only charges maintenance fee but does nothing. BDA is a myth.

BDA sites allotted in 2003.for a 30x40 ft ,1200 sq ft site,1.75 lakh was allotment price in 2003.Now the price in2022 ranges from 75 lakhs to 100 lakhs.

@@ramnathkrishnamurthy8357 sir india had a boom from 2000 to 2016 and Bangalore had twice the boom that of India, that is not going to keep happening land price is totally depended on the buying potential of india, if the average salary of a person keeps on increasing so will real estate price as i said in my earlier comment, for the buying power to increase people should be making more money than before. what was the salary in 90's now what is the salary of a NRI? then compare that with the land price we will have a tally. problem is like what i sid boom cannot happen the 2000 boom happened because of huge amount of educated youth coming and technology boom happening, now investing in real-estate is highly inflated please consider the price to income ratio value and then say how inflated real-estate price are in India no other country in the world is having this much, why because Indians are obsessed with land as prestige symbol

@@rohi1255 if my comments are read with only BDA sites perspective i am right.your comments make sense when we consider the whole real estate senario of bangalore including apartments,co op society sites,A khatha,A Katha,gram thana,& other sites.previously only husband used to work with 3 to 4 children who used to inherit less property.Now both husband & wife work with only one or two children who are themselves earning.They also inherit sufficient lmmovable property of parents.salary increasing, inheritance increasing,DINK system,easy loan availability all contributing to real estate boom.

Kindly don’t invest in this area. BBMP has restarted garbage processing unit. Which is causing air pollution and people are not able to breathe fresh air. This is not restricted to one block but it spreads to all blocks of BSK 6th stage. We stay here and are suffering & this unit will not get closed anytime soon.

BDA allotted sites in banashankari 3Rd stage,jp nagar in1983,1985, for 30x40 site,rs 25000. The areas remained underdeveloped till 2000.But afterwards development was tremendous.today commanding 2 crores &above in 2022.BDA site investment is the best investment in bangalore.

Seems tug off war between BDA & Forest Departments.
