I wish I started to run at that age. I started last year in 9th grade, and a lot behind my grade. I currently have a 5:29 1600, though people at my school have a minute faster that what I’m doing and an 8th grader at my school district got a 4:40

Im 14 yrs old and my best 800m is 2:05! Love the 800m and the 400m. My pb in 400 is 54.13 but im hoping I can do 53 sec. Love your content, its really fun to watch and see athletes all young and older give their best on the track!

@@nicksymmonds, I am glad that you are slowly getting back in running shape. If you can get 13 seconds or more faster in the 1500m, you are basically back in sub 5 minute mile shape. I really want you to achieve your goal of a 500 pound deadlift and running a sub 5 minute mile, which is 1609m, at the same time.
