For the young lady planning her wedding: Do not invite the aunt. Invite the others if you want. And the reason you tell yourself is that you wanted it to be a special day for YOUR loved ones, and seeing her would ruin it. Do it for your Mom AND yourself. Enjoy it beautiful!

To the bride: email or mail invite just to your cousin. Agree with the pod. Eff aunt Peg and too bad for uncle since you like him but that's part of his commitment to Peg. As for the other aunt, uncle, cousins, use the same formula. Either invite aunt and uncle, or invite the cousins you like whatever leaves out the hateful ppl.

Natasha can't fathom why people like cats, while she lives with at least one dog that has ruined most of her home decor with its piss, shit, and other excretions.
@robnorwood35912 жыл бұрын
I love cats, always have. But cat piss is another level.
@sarahs252 жыл бұрын
@@robnorwood3591 Very true, but the majority of cats are quickly box trained and don’t spray after being spayed or neutered. Plus hugging a fluffy cat is much more pleasant.

Dogs don't piss and shit in the house unless they're puppies or really old. I understand Natashas fear cuz I got violently alergic to my aunts cats and my body could feel the aura of pain as I got closer and closer the reaction gets stronger and more irritating. It's what I imagine Kryptonite is to Superman lol it's a nightmare. Luckily I'm not allergic to all cats but those left a mental scar on me.

That fluffy white pillow between them does in fact look stained by puppy piddle. Poor pups , these ones are old. Cats don't spray unless they aren't fixed or are scared. Cats are much cleaner than dogs. Idk what Natasha is talking about that Cats are gross

I am forever trying to understand Moshe's particular brand of arrogance...The man who has NO religion but studied ALL religion, yet believes in nothing, but clings to and defends the same cultural practices he decries and mocks.
@williambartholmey59462 жыл бұрын
I'm not a very frequent listener. Which ones does he cling to and defend?
@wiremotherclothmother2 жыл бұрын
@@williambartholmey5946 I mean, I assume you listened at least to this episode where he discusses taking their kid to a religious celebration. It’s one thing to be a cultural Jew who is proud of their heritage. It’s entirely another to be an outspoken agnostic/borderline non-theist who actively practices the traditions of a faith they don’t believe in just to model ritualized behavior to your offspring.
@williambartholmey59462 жыл бұрын
@@wiremotherclothmother I did somehow miss the mention of the religious celebration, but what you just described is not at all particular to Moshe; it describes very many American (and probably European) Jews.
@wiremotherclothmother2 жыл бұрын
@@williambartholmey5946 It’s the consistent arrogance and feigned offense over others’ benign actions. And the heaping scorn for Christian belief systems, specifically, while keeping mum on religions that are less fashionable to be heard lampooning. You’re right, they aren’t unique or interesting traits. But it is his brand and I try to understand why he does it because he’s smarter and funnier than that.
