I love hearing Cecil grappling with the concept of aging. We've known for a long time that time doesn't work right for him in particular, and while he's often drifted off on existential tangents he's also seemed cavalier about the prospect of actual (violent, sudden) death. Now things are different, and I love how different Cecil's thinking about death, dying, and the aging process is in this episode as a result.

Cecil-Cecil no. I don't... I don't get how cryogenic freezing can make someone "live forever" All it does, if it works, is make you experience something like time travel as you wake up and find yourself in the future. And then you will continue aging once you're out. And you can't just freeze yourself for eternity either, because that is not living. Also, I love this episode. Time is normal, and Night Valeans are freaking the f out 😂. It IS understandable though, because they were used to not aging. To be suddenly confronted with their failing bodies and natural end, that is terrifying.
