15MIN WORKOUT CIRCUIT 1 (x3 - 30s each) High knee + chest to the floor Star crunches Mountain climbers + jack push ups In & out squats 30s break between each circuit 60s break between Circuit 1&2 CIRCUIT 2 (x3 - 30s each) Plank toe taps Plank in & outs 180 squats Cross-body crap kicks 30s break between each circuit

My sister and I just did this workout and kinda died. Also a little jealous of how Sarah spoke so well through pretty much the whole workout.... we could hardly breathe little alone speak lol! Loved it Sarah xx

I LOVE when you do real time workouts! Like you said, it is much more motivating! I also love how you just higher the awesome music instead of trying to talk the whole time like other KZbinrs do. Please do more of these - I'm sweaty, but feeling good :)

Your workouts literally kill me lol. I'm drenched in sweat by the end. But I NEVER get bored or feel like I don't want to do them. I actually look forward to them. 🤗👍👌. And I notice such a difference in my body in a short time. THANK YOU for making these videos Sarah. And your EBook. It's AMAZING!! The only thing I would change would be with the timer app. It'd be awesome if there were a few seconds in between each move in the circuit to get going with the next exercise. By the time the timer goes off, the next exercise is beginning. It doesn't give time to get up and into it without losing 3-5 seconds of the next exercise. I want the full 30 seconds for each 1. That's my only suggestion. Other than that, it's perfect.

I used to weight lift to "tone" my body for about 2-3 years and the results were misleading. I got big thighs and butt BUT my belly area and arms were bulking up. I would spend 1.5-2hours at the gym daily and take the wrong supplements unknowingly. So discouraging! I've been doing your workout for about 1 month 5days a week, and I am LOVING MY RESULTS. I feel so confident and you also educated me on other topics like cortisone levels and how to balance fats proteins etc, UGH THANK YOU SO MUCH for every single post. My most favorite are the 15 min HIITs so please keep them coming. YOUR ACCENT DOESN'T HELP I ALREADY LOVE YOU ENOUGH SARAH STOP ITTTTTTT

I love these videos because i prefer working out with someone else and although its a person on a tiny screen it gives me 10x more motivation to workout and it pushes me to work even harder. PLEASE MAKE MORE OF THESE!!!

Tip: use the "intro" as time to warm up! Especially if you're repeating this video and don't need to listen to the beginning but also don't want to bother with fast forwarding the video!

Looots and lots of water,don’t worry about the numbers on the scale,try to use dumbbells or anything with weight and sleep well take a good resting period for your muscles

Yanaru agreed, it's all messed up, I also habe an android. I posted above in the comments as well, it's very frustrating and annoying that nothing is being done aboitnit. I have contacted support, got an email back saying that they are not aware of the glitches and they will look into it, well that was like 4 weeks ago

I am 49 years old, never liked working out or the gym, and was always thin, until I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's and gained a BUNCH of weight, especially in my mid-section. My healing journey has not been easy over the last 4 years, but this workout is a major VICTORY for me because for those 4 years, I was too weak to get through any workout. I flubbed on some of the moves, but I made it!!!! Thank you for doing the workout with me!!!!!

Just started my own type of "project come back" and I loved this. It's was the exact right length cause I was ready to give up but only had 2 more sets so I kept going 😍
