Your workouts literally kill me lol. I'm drenched in sweat by the end. But I NEVER get bored or feel like I don't want to do them. I actually look forward to them. 🤗👍👌. And I notice such a difference in my body in a short time. THANK YOU for making these videos Sarah. And your EBook. It's AMAZING!! The only thing I would change would be with the timer app. It'd be awesome if there were a few seconds in between each move in the circuit to get going with the next exercise. By the time the timer goes off, the next exercise is beginning. It doesn't give time to get up and into it without losing 3-5 seconds of the next exercise. I want the full 30 seconds for each 1. That's my only suggestion. Other than that, it's perfect.

I used to weight lift to "tone" my body for about 2-3 years and the results were misleading. I got big thighs and butt BUT my belly area and arms were bulking up. I would spend 1.5-2hours at the gym daily and take the wrong supplements unknowingly. So discouraging! I've been doing your workout for about 1 month 5days a week, and I am LOVING MY RESULTS. I feel so confident and you also educated me on other topics like cortisone levels and how to balance fats proteins etc, UGH THANK YOU SO MUCH for every single post. My FIRST crazy HIIT workout! I am 49 years old, never liked working out or the gym, and was always thin, until I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's and gained a BUNCH of weight, especially in my mid-section. My healing journey has not been easy over the last 4 years, but this workout is a major VICTORY for me because for those 4 years, I was too weak to get through any workout.
