Interesting gadget for decals. You mentioned blue tack but also look into fly fishing rigs or the like with alligator clips. The clips hold the comb while you worry about manipulating the piece you're applying the decal to.

Excellent as always! As said below, how are you getting on with the Afghanistan and Chechnya projects? I recently got hold of my Eureka MVD and Chechens with some QRF vehicles and AK/MiG paints (and I've got you to thank for all of that ;) )

+Neves1789 Blimey :) Well the Afghan project has pretty much stalled in favour of Normandy stuff I'm afraid. Sorry to disapoint

+modeldads Haha, no worries, we all have that unpainted model mountain and Normandy is such a rewarding theatre to collect and play in. Where did you get your 21st Pz Becker vehicles? I've been looking at both BF and QRF, but BF is somewhat expense whereas QRF hasn't got the best quality.

+Neves1789 They're all BF I'm afraid :) A lot were picked up on ebay tho, so you can get them a little cheaper say 10 - 20%

Great paint jobs,...it's too bad the models weren't worthy of your efforts. It looks as if the mold makers were a bit lazy around the tracks and turret joining areas. I have heard of modelers cutting the tracks apart and casting the better sections in resin, then after introducing a bend and removing some guide teeth assembling cast parts onto the offensive areas in front and back, using CA glue.
