Night shift did a very interesting video on painting tiger 1 F13, a vehicle that had been repainted and repaired many times over its life, it could be a very good subject to make ones vehicles seem more worn or veteran

Oh interesting, I'll check that out! Thanks for the suggestion 😊😊

Great video! Just one point. That’s a later model tiger and doesn’t have rubber on the road wheels.

Thanks for the info! What a silly mistake!!! Thanks for the correction mate. Cheers :)

agreed with everyone else your painting is outstanding. however why would you use basalt grey on the road wheels unless you were going to show the bare steel around the edges. those road wheels were all steel on that model tiger.
@paintingpanzers7 ай бұрын
Thanks a lot mate 😊😊 I use German Grey for the road wheels but you're right, I shouldn't have painted them on this tank. Thanks for pointing that out... oops 🤭

Great video tutorial but the road wheels are the steel they did not have rubber on them

Your models look really good, but Ive generally avoided your videos as soon as you show the airbrush. I dont have one, and replicating airbrush reaults with a real brush is tedious at best. But Id love to see a "this is how airbrushes work" video.
@paintingpanzersАй бұрын
I can fully appreciate that and I really like constructive feedback. I've actually got a how to airbrush and clean video coming out this weekend!! How's that for timing 😉
@Beltayn7272Ай бұрын
@paintingpanzers perfect! Im honestly scared of using them. Im terrible at brush painting as is, and cant wrap my mind around the idea that an airbrush is controllable enough to do the thing I want. I also find painting to be a chore and want to speed it up as much as possible, so I wash and drybrush as much as I can.
@paintingpanzersАй бұрын
@@Beltayn7272 oh yeah I can completely understand that. It's one of those things that is very scary of investing so much money into but you will work it out sooner rather than later. I'm hoping my video will help with that. Also, there isn't anything wrong with your method of painting, gets stuff done quickly if nothing ;)
