There is a big misunderstanding between the guest and the interviewer. The interviewer has a very limited and poor knowledge about being health conscious. He told him that he only eats the white part of the egg and not the yolk or the whole egg but the whole time he wanted to focus or make it look like the guy eats a lot. And the title is wrong! You probably eat double of what he is eating. Simply because you are skinny doesn't mean you eat small. You just eat unbalanced diet. The guy works out that's why he got big muscles. The dumb interviewer doesn't know the difference between muscle and fat. You need to increase your awareness man! Don't show us your narrow mind please.

In Ethiopian average context, it is somehow big amount, so the journalist use this gap to make the program fun, by comparing and so on . . . Although it might create misunderstanding as you said.
Yoni: you are an amazing Ethiopian. I, as an Ethiopian so proud of you!! The interviewer is so amazed and the questions are very indicative of how much our people in Ethiopia has tremendous misunderstanding of this profession and Health, and mental health awareness. I wish I knew you in the DNC area, you would have been made such an impact to our youth. You are such behavioral motivator as well. I wish you good luck in opening this door to the Ethiopians. Very amazing and also funny interview.

Thank you Yonas for your motivation and your contribution to develop the bodybuilding sport industry in your country. I'm a little disappointed with the Journalist because he jokes too much while Yonas was giving us important advice and awerencess about the sport.
The interviewer is unprofessional starting from the head line he chose to ridicule the way he eats and drinks shame on you but Yoni you’re a great person with knowledge keep it up

At the same time, you have to be aware of your body weight. The bigger the body the bigger the heart ♥️ gets. Our heart ♥️ does not distinguish the difference between mussel and fat. It will just pump blood according to our body weight. Besides, Over 4000 calories a day is not sustainable for a long term healthy lifestyle.

worst headline and the journalist should know about your guests profile or google it before interviewing them, that is why you are surprised when you heard about body building diet from yoni
