I’m with you as Barbara O’Neil said when we are not in tune with the creator not only do we suffer mentally but spiritually! . Our element is To be in the Word of God ! .. If a fish is not in its element which is the river then the fish flops around in despair and suffers.. I was feeling foggy because I Was choosing distraction instead of spending time with God ! but reading the Bible is helping my mental Fog and God is taking away the anxiety and also leading me to amazing health products, healing my hormones alcoholism , and eating disorder Shalom ❤

I’m going off of hormonal birth control for the first time in 15 (😳🤯!!!) yes 15 straight years, my doctor always tells me it’s fine and normal but it doesn’t sit well with me that I’ve been on it for 50% of my life. I went on it originally due to extremely painful, heavy periods and now I’m doing my absolute best to research how to get to the root cause of that problem instead of masking it with BC. I’ve followed you since I was like 15 years old and don’t watch KZbin like I used to but I think this video came at the perfect time 🙂

Over the last year I’ve implemented a lot of these habits because of your videos and I just have to say that they have made me feel so much better - and with physical proof with my basal body temperatures being within range (thank you, matcha) and having more energy and less bloating with eating way more protein. (I never ate enough. I actually barely ate protein and was insulin resistant.) Thank you for teaching us so much, Cambria! I truly believe God put your videos in my feed because you have helped me tremendously. On my prayer walk the other day I was praying for you because you have helped so many women with our health and I just asked God to bless you and Bo, because you are such a blessing to so many of us.

CAM these tips are AMAZING!!!🤩 I love the whole “naked water” tip. My husband and I started running more often together so this is super helpful that we don’t wash away all our minerals. I’ve always loved your content but these tips about hormone health and tips to get unstuck and start new habits have been so motivational🙌🏼 I just recently miscarried for a second time. I have so many unanswered questions but your videos give me so much hope that I can balance my hormone health, may God bless!

All of these tips are so helpful! I love the idea of writing my to-do list in my planner before I go to bed. I get stuck in this cycle of lying awake and remembering things I need to do the next day and putting them in my phone, which is obviously something I want to avoid when I'm actively trying to wind down. your lipstick looks SO beautiful on you! also, the shot in your backyard with the hummingbird moth was so so lovely. I think especially as a neurodivergent person, it can be difficult to find motivation. But I see such value in these and want to try! I think the first habit I want to really put into practice is just being with God more. Practicing presence. That makes all the other habits come a little easier :)

@ thank you, I appreciate it! Yes, thinking along those lines as well. I’m praying she’ll begin to make the food and lifestyle/body connection. It can be hard at that age to take ownership to the foods you eat and the way they could potentially be affecting your cycle. Cambria’s videos are a gentle non parental lol gentle approach and so I’m hoping her ears will perk up to what she’s sharing on being pain free during her cycle. This age is hard in the way that I can’t make her eat differently she has to want it bad enough~I’m praying tho!! ❤️

The matcha thing is real!!! I started drinking daily matchas a month ago and my cycle was 29 days long! I’m not sure I’ve ever had a cycle in the 20’s ever, my usual for the last at least decade has been minimum 36 days, but regularly in the 40-50 days! Suuuuuper irregular and always long! I’m looking forward to incorporating the progesterone punch in soon!!
