So happy youre back. I always wanted my children around 3 years apart as well. However it turned out much different and my two boys are 11 months apart. They now 2&3 are the best of friends and able to connect, have conversations, play together.

I am so happy for you. 😭 I'm 8 weeks and 5 days pregnant with my first after a successful IVF cycle and 3.5 years of trying. I discovered your channel in the earlier part of my trying to conceive journey when I started searching for "something else" when it came to how I wanted to raise my children. It is because of you that I even discovered respectful parenting and I am eternally grateful. I'm so thrilled that you're back. 😄❤

I also LOVE how you mentioned vit E oil for stretch marks. The idea of it being “hereditary” isn’t accurate at all because anyone can get stretch marks if they aren’t being pro active with the proper skin nourishments & anyone can just as easily avoid them. Maybe not easily because it does depend on weight gain as well, a major factor depending on your size/body mass but as an example of how it’s NOT hereditary; my first baby I had ZERO marks. None. Not even a trace of any blemish anywhere. I lathered in vit E oils along with others. Multiple times a day. Not just once. All over. Hips, legs, upper torso, belly, breast etc. My 2nd baby..... SO many stretch marks. Didn’t use anything on my skin consistently or anywhere near as often as the first time around & I also gained MUCH more weight. Started off pregnancy at a higher weight as well for my heigh/body mass. I wasn’t using the belly support wedge which I also think played a huge role in saving my skin with the first pregnancy. Not the body pillow for comfort, I mean the Boppy foam wedge that goes under the bottom side of your belly. I had to get a separate boppy support pillow for my legs to keep my hips aligned but the foam wedge was something I regret not using the 2nd pregnancy. VIT E oil all the way! If you use anything at all, it needs to be Vit E. Not coconut oil or coco butter... Those are great in addiction👌 but E is essential & the most pure. I also used burts bees mama belly oil along with their thick body butter. I coated myself in all of it with my firstborn haha. Not the 2nd & man did I pay.....

As grateful as I am for my two beautiful babies & how close they are in age, I do find myself often wishing they had been further apart in age. I always assumed I’d have just ONE child, which wasn’t planned the first time around but the 2nd DEFINITELY wasn’t planned or anticipated, especially so soon. I tell myself they will benefit from being close in age as they grow older together because it will create a closer bond but - I KNOW if they had been further apart, it would’ve been SO much easier on us. Everything happens as it’s designed to & what’s meant to be will be but I am looking forward to your video on specific details as to WHY you advocate for a bigger age gap. It just felt way too soon for me, I actually broke down in the kitchen (panic mode) after finding out I was pregnant again the 2nd time since my daughter had only just turned 1. It really stressed me out. Wasn’t as positive of an experience during my 2nd pregnancy either because of the stress. She was my world & there was no way I could fathom diving my time in order to give the attention they both deserve. I still find it to be a daily struggle & battle, for all of us really. It’s hard, as much as they light up my life, it’s really really tough sometimes, having 2 within 2 years. Some say the closer the better, which may be true but everyone is different. Mine butt-heads often but also are super affectionate & helpful towards each other. I remember fighting with my little sister CONSTANTLY when we were little but we were actually even further apart in age - over 4 years! I thought maybe that’s because we were too far apart in age to be able to relate to anything or get along. Then there’s always sibling competition. Apparently that happens regardless of how close they are. Different dynamics work for different people but I agree with you 100% that 5yrs is probably IDEAL & so perfect✨👍👌 I can’t wait to watch ! Congratulations on your baby GIRL🌸😭

I have to say, i find it a tad insensitive even if not your intention, to say nausea can be a sign of potential ill health. I had Hyperemesis Gravidarum for my entire pregnancy which is believed to be related to rising HCG levels not at all health related. I was violently ill and unless you’ve experienced it, it’s hard to explain how debilitating it can be. I appreciate the information and point you are making, however it’s a sensitive topic for many HG sufferers and one to be mindful of.

Oh my goodness! You sacred vessel!!! My heart is so full watching this video 🧡 I am in the mindful preconception process at the moment (my first is 18 months and we are dreaming of a 3 year age gap). Can’t wait for your deep dive into the benefits of the 3-5 year gap! I’m just starting my journey as a postpartum doula and was wondering- would you share a bit about how you plan to approach that deeply sacred and tender time?! I’m sure you’ve read it but The First Forty days is my favorite gateway drug to all things conscious postpartum and I truly believe that experiencing bliss in our postpartum is our birthright. Going to sign up for your course as part of my preconception regime 🙌 can’t wait! Thank you for your offerings, they are soul filling!

Congratulations dear Kaitlin🎇🎇🎇 I am so excited for you and your family ❤️ I have noticed that you are taking beef liver supplement, please do some more research on vitamin A as liver contains high dose of that, which could be potentially harmful. I really do not want to scare you and I do not know the numbers, just I wanted to mention it to you as liver is not recommended during pregnancy in the UK. All the very very best ❤️❤️❤️

Welcome back! It is so fun to see you again. I had found you when I was pregnant with my first-born son, who is now 4 and a half! I would be interested in learning more about the supplements you mentioned that you are taking. Are they generic supplements that all pregnant women should take, or are they for specific things (always consulting with their doctor first, of course)? Just curious since you listed them. Praying for a smooth and wonderful pregnancy and delivery for you!

I'm curious to see how your son will react to the new baby. It will be a big adjustment for him for sure. One of my friends has a daughter who is 3, never been told no her entire life. They are having a hard time since their second child was born in October. The little girl is constantly screaming at her mother to put the baby down even during the night. You can imagine the chaos... Do you think she would benefit from your course? At this point she is desperate for any help.

I'm a single mother of two kids, pregnant with my 3rd (20 weeks along due date 8/29/22) and am in the middle of a divorce.(tired of toxic people) I am trying to have hope that there is a man who has the heart to recieve me and my 3 children and love us as his own. I am encouraged each time I hear of a selfless man who is willing to take on a single mother and her children.

Also,if you're being a conscious parent gender is irrelevant because every child should ethically choose everything about themselves. Clothing, interests, etc. So gender is truly just a social construct.

This is great advice, thank you. My baby is 2 weeks old I have left they, them, their outside for the past 2 days since I saw your comment, naked as to not offend their gender or choice. I did not want to bring them into the house either, in case they chose not to have us as a family. Waiting for they to decide what them wants to do. They stopped crying…. 6 hours ago… I am still waiting… for them to decide. Thank you for your valuable opinion and education on social constructs. If we work together all they, them, their babies will be able to choose from day 1 what to do with their life’s. And because of this, the world will be a better place because………
