This level is definitely an addiction I keep chasing because of the pure amount of shortcuts and how fast you can fly down this stage. Also I swear this is the only stage that Rail Switching consistently works on

Sonic adventure 2 is one of my favorite games...i have played a lot on my gamecube...

Played it on Dreamcast, then Gamecube, then PS3. For Dreamcast I didn't have any VMUs to save, so I had to beat it in one sitting. Needless to say I got good.

The animation very well defines my gameplay i also casually jump off of rails to go to rails on some random part of the map, which i was *tottally* planning to land on and *did not* find accidentally while i was falling to my doom

Honestly this stage isn’t that hard to get an A rank. If you take the route on the right before the split in the beginning. You can get a 1 up and if you follow that route you can get 2000 points before Sonic grinds down the tower. If you know about the shortcut rail right at the bottom of the tower you can skip a whole minute off the stage. Then just follow the route of the stage after and you’ll get an A rank

Also S Ranks don’t exist in Adventure 2. The highest you can get is an A rank. S Ranks didn’t become a thing until Sonic Rush
