Superb parallel between Laplace transform and Fourier transform. Absolutely great.

Just as a thought: Did you encode this video series using x264? Then you need to have another resolution as KZbin just places a deinterlacing filter over 480p-x264-videos making the sheets unable to read.

Looking at the source files (which SD DV files), the videos aren't much clearer. There are slightly more artifacts from the compression process (the files are h.264 but not with x264 but with MainConcept) and from KZbin (probably due to the re-encoding/ingesting by KZbin). If you having a hard time reading the slides, they are available on MIT OpenCourseWare at ocw.mit.edu/6-003F11 (as well as other materials.)

***** Thank you! Yes the "rest" is due to more compressing from youtube itself. It just looked very familiar as I ran into this problem with my videos. Thank you for the slides! Helped a lot!

+MIT OpenCourseWare I get a 404 on the slides section on the linked page. Maybe the link needs to be updated?

The original pdf format documents are available from ocw.mit.edu. Then the crystal clear documents can occupy any portion of you HD computer screen and you can have more control over the documents.
