I haven't done any ballet since I was 6 and today I am 62 and absolutely loved this routine. By the second circuit I felt more in control and a wee-bit graceful. Thank you for sharing your love of movement with us.

I love your workouts because you start out with just enough ease so as to not intimidate us and before you know it, we're sweating! They're quite challenging but not unreasonably difficult. The Pilates are sometimes too hard for me because my neck always hurts during the core exercises -- but that goes for all Pilates because I have neck issues. You're also so much fun and you always get me through it on days when I have trouble getting started. Love!!

An amazing workout, I enjoyed doing it so much! I'm not a ballerina and a little bit clumsy even if I'm generally quite fit but it was really enjoyable to try to do all those graceful moves. And it makes you really feel that burn! I'm going to do this fabulous workout more times and include it to my daily routine. Thank you so much, Desiree, for your amazing workouts and positivity!!!

chibicheeks78 You can take the jump out altogether OR just keep the jump super minimal by still articulating through the feet but not actually leaving the floor. 🥰

Özüm Yılmaz If you’re having trouble keeping your back straight then maybe don’t go down quite as far. Also, think of your belly button pulling in and up, tailbone going straight down to the floor, and your shoulders remaining above the hips. 👍🏼

I'm 33 already and its been a while since I danced ballet! I was 5 years old when I was dancing ballet and until high school I was pretty flexible. How old are you by the way for you to keep that flexibility of your body? I'm doing your Pilates everyday and sometimes Barre. I think it's time for me to include this in my workout routine more often.
