Just did this workout with a 45lb dumbbell while I was in Waikiki. Great workout that kills you quickly when you're on vacation and you don't want to be in the gym any longer than 30 minutes. Thanks PK 💪🏽

*By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it **bestgym.equipment** around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.*

This workout is absolutely BRUTAL no matter how many times you do it. This is hands down one of the toughest workout on KZbin and Social Media especially since you can scale-up in weight or add more reps per side when you can handle it! Who would of thought that a 16 minute workout could be such a Killer, Nasty, and Brutal; when you get to the last round you feel good that the pain is almost over and you survived!!🥵👀😅
@MacAndre742 жыл бұрын
I did the workout as described. I took my 20kg kettlebell and was pretty fast, about 30 seconds left each time. I used this workout as a finisher, was really nasty but awesome. All the best from Germany :-).

Great quick explosive workout. Got a good sweat and excellent work on the core muscle groups. Added the1 rep on the last 2 rounds and it was worth it. Thanks for sharing this sequence.

Holy smokes. That was so much harder than it looked on paper. Used a 24kg bell on the beach in NC. Only did the first and last rounds with the 1 rep. Great workout.

I did the 3-3 today also using a 53 lb kettlebell for 16 minutes for the first time. I wish I had a 60 lb but I don’t. The available 70 is too heavy. The 53 doesn’t tax me enough. It takes me 1:11 for the 3-3
@PrecisionKettlebells3 жыл бұрын
Are you doing 3 Left & right? Then another set of 3?
@mannymotta21743 жыл бұрын
@@PrecisionKettlebells yes. So 12 . I think the 53 is just to light. Unfortunately, the next available weight is 70. Maybe I’ll try the 70 for 2, 2,2,2,. Still may be to heavy. I’ll try though. I must thank you for such great content.
@joecaggianiello3 жыл бұрын
Yes, 3 left 3 right then 3 more left and 3 more right. Next time If my right shoulder is cooperating I might try it with a 60lb kb as well.

Hey Sam, thanks for following. Glad you enjoyed. As for my routine. I usually stick to 4-5 days a week based on my intensity and schedule. In a perfect workout I workout 3 days on 1 Off. 2 days on 1 off. or Mon, Tues, Weds, Fri, Sat. It's all about consistency. Also recovery is VERY important. Hydration, nutrition, mobility & Stretch...

Killer workout. You can definitely save yourself some valuable rest time by cleaning up your transitions (i.e. don't do that extra unnecessary swing when you switch hands, instead transition hands at the groin on the downswing instead at the top of the swing), and save yourself 8 rounds of 3-4 unnecessary repetitions.
