My thing I only have 25 LB kettle bells I need to get heavier ones at first it was pretty difficult but now I'm easily breezing though this one gonna pick up some heavier kettle bells thank you again, consistency truly works now time to bring it up a notch

Thank you for this great workout! Went a little crazy with the snooze button this AM with daylight savings so had little time to squeeze in a workout before work. Wrong! This workout took care of that 👍

i coudlnt' manage that one. the second lot were too hard on the shoulders. I'm using a 20kg bell. the first lunge set hurt me in some places that I don't think I should hurt like in my back... I was doing the back lunges.. maybe too much pressure on the back and maybe I need to lean forward a bit...?

Yeah man that was brutal. Nice job. 20kg is not easy for this one. So yes the second is complete shoulder domination. As for the lunges. I too tend to get tight in the lower back when doing these. I believe doing any lunges with the bell in the rack position tends to put more stain on my back. Depending on the weight I’m using. Without seeing you perform the movements I can assume that you maybe straining to stay upright so the weight doesn’t pull you forward, therefore tending to lean back causing the tightness. Does that make sense? Keep Crushing it 💪🔥

Time abs practice. Keep points: - engage hips as the swing - keep the bell close to the body on the way up - pull the elbow back - punch through the bell at forehead height - go up, not back
