You can! Use Bixby routines! Super easy to use. I have it set to always auto rotate whenever I have KZbin and always landscape when I have Netflix open

Don't know if you mentioned the following about the fold 6: If the equalizer isn't set at "balanced" you will not hear navigation commands while connected to vehicle. Most people set equalizer to dynamic, but until Samsung pushes out a patch/upgrade to correct this problem, gps commands, while connected to vehicle, will only be heard in the balanced setting.

I do .5 animation for EVERY phone i have. One of the complaints i've seen about the fold 6 is the animation speeds. I recommend going to .5 and instead of doing it, I get "well i shouldn't have to do that!"...it's a few taps, fam...takes 8 seconds at the least to do and solves your problem unless you bought a device to complain about it...which is a weird way to approach tech.

If the regular animation speeds were atrocious out of the box, I would completely agree that you shouldn't need to go into developer options to fix it. That's not something you would EVER figure out without someone telling you. But it's fine for most people out of the box, and a setting to change it is available. So at that point it's complaining that Samsung didn't read your mind and preset the settings to exactly what you personally wanted.

Shane great reviews, your thought will there be a phone that can update garmin gps units. Also any pointers for a beginner of these type of phones. Using the single screens and going to these if things work right it would be better. A concern is using the dual page to 3 and being able to get out safely.

AGAIN - great video! Have you messed with battery settings? Under battery setting/Power saving, there are "Limit CPU Speed to 70%" and "decrease brightness by10%" I wonder if the limit to 70% is that much different than Performance Profile -" Light" under Device Care?

I just wish Nova launcher worked well on it... the app drawer is way cleaner but it keeps going unresponsive randomly. (I dont care about different layouts on the outside screen or the dock which can be replaced by the edge panel)

Here's another tip. For those who like the samsung reminder app, go to you edge panel settings and selct the reminder tab. That should enable the samsung reminder app so you can just use it regularly now. Another thing I don't know why samsung didn't make available by default.

Thank you for this excellent breakdown! On my Fold 4 I was able to swipe down on the power button/fingerprint sensor and it would pull down my notifications page. I can't seem to find that feature on the 6. Do you know a way to go about this? Thanks!

if you use the standard Samsung launcher, you can just Hide them, but it should be safe, but you can also uninstall outright the Samsung Contacts, Internet and most of other apps. You won't be able to uninstall Contacts, but you can just hide that app, as it is interconnected with Phone app I wouldn't touch it in a way to delete it via adb or so.

Goodluck app is such a useful tool to make ample customization to Samsung products. The screen capture shortcut is very useful and the editability component of it is very good. The chrome cast support on Samsung device should be enabled by default because not everybody is tech savvy. 😎💯💪🏾👍🏾
