This time in Breath of the Wild, we show how Nintendo updates the map as you play the game, the newest broken glitch that duplicates anything, and the many places poison water is located in Breath of the Wild.
In the video above, we cover 16 facts, tips and tricks that aren’t quite as well known, ranging from secrets to glitches that are pretty simple and others that are fairly complex. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild has been out for five years at this point, and players have found some amazing things, intended or not, that keep the game and its sense of discovery feeling fresh.

I’m gonna be honest, these are slowly becoming more and more difficult to make, but I’m glad everyone still sticks around and enjoys this show! *Also, let me add an addendum to the Wolf Link buff. Wolf Link's damage is scaled by 0.25 of how many hearts you have, depending on your Twilight Princess HD/Amiibo Card heart amount. Wolf Link's base damage is 10, so your damage may vary depending on the amount of Wolf Link hearts you have!

I have two good facts: 1: the snow boots, sand boots, and thunder helm allows link to go into gerudo town with the rest of the gerudo set 2: I found the locations of the red moblin and green lizalfos in master mode, the moblin at sherfin’s secret hot spring (at the top left of the map. I got instant Mario vibes when he said “poison water”. This could of been really neat to have in game. Instead of the training area with the mud pool, it could of been poison water, and I think that would be super cool. Or it could of been used to show certain parts of water had been polluted due to either the calamity’s malice, or the citizens of Hyrule becoming lazy and unintentionally polluting the water
@RinHara5aki

It’s funny you say that, I remember this poison water I’m talking about is “PoisonBogWater” but there’s another asset labeled as just “poison water” which refers to the waterway filled with the gerudo’s hydromelon rinds she throws away and pollutes the water, so there is some merit to what you’re saying 😉

There's a single one of the lowest tier bokoblin, moblin, lizalfos, and wizrobe in master mode where there wasn't one in normal mode. It's for the compendium. So there's also a green lizalfos somewhere near Zora's Domain (I think it's in the pond just southwest of Ruto Mountain), a fire wizrobe in Akkala Wilds near a burnt out house, an ice wizrobe on top of the Forgotten Temple, and an electric wizrobe in Nautelle Wetlands.

did you know that if you examine the one hit obliterater with a one handed weapn (no sheild) link puts his hand on his belt with the weapon which leads to some funny things

I play with the Hyrule Rebalanced mod which uses the 'shield surf up +' modifier and can confirm that it is very fun and useful. I'm also not sure why Nintendo decided to cut it from the final release.

Because getting "Surf Up" on something used to stop you from dying clutters the pool compared to the other two options which are actually universally beneficial to stopping you from dying. Remember once you learn what shields are good for surfing you'd use said shields for surfing only.

Bonus trivia for archery: It is actually worse for your aim to close one eye when using a bow, because you need both of your eyes in order to accurately triangulate the distance from your target!

I have something I noticed recently: if you are holding a normal one-handed weapon, spin around with link and then press the attack button, you actually do a spin attack without charging up

Here’s one for the next video!!! There’s a special sound effect if you try to use a non-Amiibo figure such as a Skylanders or Disney Infinity figure! Noticed this when I accidentally grabbed the wrong figure lol
