What they should do for career mode is at the end of the season if you want to join a different club they should give you more selection of clubs to join if your doing really well and less selection if you’re doing poorly.

Definitely do the training! I split them up into 4 groups: Youths Defence Midfield Attack I’ll have each group train on a month rotation so that they all get trained throughout the season. As tempting as it is to ignore things such as stamina or strength training for youths, don’t ignore it completely otherwise you’ll have some 24 year old 85-rated winger with 63 stamina 🤣😂

A good trick for the pre-season friendly games is to play them on an easy difficulty with all the players you want to sell and get there form up higher than 9.00 and you will get an offer for them without putting them on the transfer list. The offer will be much higher than if you put them on the transfer list at the start. It coud be the differance between $18M & $23M Or $26M - $34M. This could add up to the last player you need to complete your squad without using a takeover.

I had something similar like that where the player/agent accepted the initial wage I had offered but then later was complaining that he should be paid more. Naturally I couldn't re-negotiate and as such was forced by the board to sell him during the January transfer window. That said I just had an even more bizarre case of contract issues because in a new game I just started I've took charge of Regensburg in Bundesliga 2 and they have Chima Okoroji on loan from SC Freiburg and both during a press conference and in the 'news update' it queried why he had rejected extending his contract. Funnily enough this was first time where I decided not to be 'nice guy' seeing as he can't extend his contract and did the 'his thoughts are elsewhere' response. I do wish I could've gone full 'Nigel Pearson' on the reporter though and asked if their head was in the sand seeing as they clearly didn't seem to comprehend he was only with the team on loan.

I agree with the first one but it depends on the player. like I usually talk back to the youth players trying to come in when I'm winning the EPL and they're 63 rated. But usually after games and my star players I try to be nice as they matter.

When you want to simulate, you must save the game so if the simulation was bad and you get a 1-0 from a small team, just leave the career mode and load again, so you could make another simulation or play the match.

I prefer to sim every game. If I play I will always win so I feel it’s more realistic to sim. Also change formations for big games or when you in a cup game against those lower teams. The game has algorithms so you have to be realistic when deciding team sheet against different teams.

Regarding the Manager outfits, considering the game gives the manager a default 'coat' during cold/wet matches, I really wish it would allow us to pick what 'coat' is worn rather than it randomly selecting from one of two choices. Also hope they fix the clipping between that and other parts of clothing in future games and of course more clothing item options.

You don't even need to do that, when you simulate, the result somehow will not be saved for some time and if you lose you can exit, it doesn't work for games you played
