1. Productivity countdown (try to measure the task so you feel Always motivated while you push it to 0) 2. Get the middle point (don't be so perfectionist, don't be lazy) 3. Set lunch as a prize after you finish a task 4. Find your most productive hours 5. Plan time slots (block your agenda) 6. 80/20 (20% of your work produces 80% of the results) 7. learn to delegate 8. Manage your team (use an app or something to keep accountant and let them work) 9. Morning self care (not everything is working, rest well, love yourself, start your day motivated, not frustrated) 10. Stay accountant, hold to your deadlines, find someone that will rely on you 11. Shortcuts are not always equal to productivity (do everything well) 12. Under 60's (all the small decisions you have to take shouldn't be taken in longer than 60 seconds) 13. Prune your commitments (you can't help everyone in the world) 14. Rely on your coworkers to take decisions 15. Love your down time (recharge yourself with family or hobbies) 16. End on a high note, my favorite one!!! (You should stop working when you feel inspired and full with ideas, so next day you know exactly what to do)

GREAT CONTENT!! Productivity is never an accident. It is always the result of a commitment to excellence, intelligent planning, and focused effort. You see, in life, lots of people know what to do, but few people actually do what they know. Knowing is not enough! You must take action. Hi guys!! Let me just share a quick story with you guys. :) We own a cookie shop business in our college town. When we first started it, we were living in our car with very little direction, just a huge passion to be successful. We just graduated college as well. We started the late night cookie shop out of a local bagel shop in their off hours at night. We were living in our car in the parking lot of the shop at the time with my boyfriend, Bran. It was a crazy experience but it worked! We became a success! And now we have 2 storefront locations in New Jersey and Florida! We started it to fund a year long backpacking trip around the world and to be successful while living the life of our dreams.

I'm required to respond to emails within 30 minutes of receiving them, and they pour in all day. Some of them require research and creating lists, such as scheduling meetings. I also process time off requests which come to me via email. Some of those are next day requests and have to go to the supervisor for final review before being sent back to me for updating. The entire process has to be done in 24 hours, but the next day requests have to be done ASAP, especially the ones that come in after 4pm. I try to get the emails done as fast as possible as soon as I arrive, but it takes me 5-6 hours. If I don't get these emails done right away others are delayed in doing their job, or they and their supervisor send another email asking why their update was not done. Some times that happens before I even clock in. What time should I be setting aside to do these emails?

4. i think that we should take some work that require work hard and be boring when we feel a lot of power in per day, since when that, we can do anything that common time we think we cant do it, and spend times that we feel boring to work which we love to do it, that way, because we can still do something that we love while we feel tire or exhausted that my opinion, :))))

once i saw the «6 am « thumbnail I just …gah, another one of those. In order to get enough sleep (which is essential for your health and wellbeing) you would have to fall asleep at 10pm. Me, being more productive in the evening and helpless and grumpy in the morning, I prefer getting my eight hours 00-08. It’s just a matter of preferences and priority, not about how early you get up in the morning..a day has 24 hours either way.
