I have depression and I can’t connect with what you’re saying. Perhaps it’s my misunderstanding of what is being said, because I’m in such a negative headspace right now, but suggesting that we don’t really have an excuse for depression when we consider the hardships others before us have gone through, and that we should just be grateful, is very easy to say when you feel connected to Waheguru and are content with life. Some people are fortunate enough to find their inner strength through God when they’re at their lowest, for me personally I’ve never felt more disconnected. Forgive me if I have misrepresented what has been said, I didn’t listen to the podcast as I don’t feel in the right place to listen to how much of a blessing Sikhi is, I simply commented on this video through the video posted on the main channel a couple days ago.
