Hello, am a new subscriber. But I do not understand Tamil. How can I follow your recipe to the T , can u upload this in English. I mainly understood all ingredients but i am sure there are technicalities explained in Tamil which I can't understand. it would be of great help to have English subtitles or Hindi subtitles.

Grind all the ingredients.... and mix with the oil..... now keep the stove in high until the oil and the mixture bubbles.... immediately put the stove on low flame and keep stirring.... the consistency needs to checked after half an hour or so.... if the consistency is mushy, there is water content... keep on stirring.... if the consistency is like sand then you will know the water content is evaporated. Now off thr stove. Keep the oil open and let it cool down (Do not close it as water may condense in the lid and might fall into the oil and spoil it) After the oil has cooled down completely (Maybe be 3 -4 hours) filter the oil using a muslin cloth. Store the oil in a container. It will be good for a year!
