DatGameh Okay, smartypants, listen to Dr. Common Knowledge: 1.) A magnet could lift the hovercraft in the air only _and just only_ if there's an inverted magnet in the ground as well. These hovercrafts however hover not only on race tracks and city roads, but also on rocky valley surfaces (as seen in F0GX) which are certainly not magnetized, so I don't know what ideas of science you have, but hovercrafts ceratinly don't "run on magnets". 2.) And even if there's just one magnet, it would actually pull the hovercraft down onto a surface made of nickel, cobalt, or iron (even just partly). Your stupid answer indicates that these "slippery ground" is just made of any other metal or substance than the three I just mentioned, but since 1 magnet alone wouldn't work, the hovercraft would sit on every other surface as well. 2.1.) Also, if there'd actually be a magnet underneath the layer of non-magnetic metal, it'd still affect the one inside the hovercraft _(if there's any...)_ which renders your whole rushed secretion of rubbish pointless and moronic. Ω) Next time read a science book before you answer questions that you can't even comprehend in terms of content, you little moron. No one wants to hear your obnoxious and unfounded smartassing... or your stupid assumptions. Keep 'em for yourself, if you don't even know what the smart people are talking about.

+VisualGourmet Heard about a "Super conductor" before? It only works in certain metals, but with different degrees. The road isn't really a magnet, but a metal. Sorry if I said magnet. I previously thought it was called a "Super magnet". In my point of view, I think magnets are instead, used to stabilize the machines to prevent it from tipping too much or drifting away (The magnet is in the front, back and sides). So, if the machine tips or detects that it is "sliding" sideways, the magnet of the opposite side (along with the others) will work to bring the machine back to balance and/or will pull the machine to stabilize it. Now the blue road (in my theory again) will not allow the magnets to work well, but will still allow levitation by the superconductor. Maybe an electromagnet is placed in the road. Not a strong one though, but enough to make the ride slippy. In the other hand, the gravel ground (or something like it) and borders lacks flat metal to allow proper levitation, but still has enough metal for stabilization through the magnets. Let's start now: 1.) Forgetting that Boost drains health. 2.) Playing the final Story Chapter (no rails). 3.) Not using the bumpers to turn. 4.) Boosting on Trident (I hate this track). 5.) Grinding against the rails (this is somehow common for *_ALL_* new players). 6.) Flying off the tube of Fire Field. 7.) Being bad at snaking. 8.) Being aggressive on Trident (I *_REALLY_* hate this track). 9.) Flying into a wall on Big Blue. 10.) Crashing into Ron's Mute City apartment while playing as Billy (Ron never payed Billy for breaking his roof).

The way to not die in F-Zero while taking the shortcuts; Hold down. Seriously, that lets you fly for longer in the air so you can reach those seemingly-unreachable places. The other way not to die; Quit playing the game if you suck at it. Later incarnations of the F-Zero franchise are easier to play, and more fun at the same time.
