PayDayJay Long as they got paid, does it matter?... If WWE can't use them for whatever reason, whether it be due to creative's "active stupidity", other wrestlers not liking them, fans not getting behind them, fans getting too much behind them, or the wrestlers themselves, as long as they got paid for getting that contract, that means if WWE releases them (without cause) before the contract plays out, they have to pay them a severance package, usually, close to, or equal to the amount they have left in their contract, though, when compared to the amount some of the wrestlers who didn't get there through that process, it's not really enough for WWE to worry about... To be fair, I could easily be completely wrong, & the contracts for that process could be completely worthless, making the winners only get enough money for travel & lodging accommodations for the days they're going to be on television, while not paying for ANYTHING ELSE, but, as I doubt WWE would pull a TNA & not pay their workers, without many of them making it common knowledge, I don't think that's the case...

I recently watched LUCHA UNDERGROUND, I saw JACK SWAGGER, he went by JAKE STRONG there. There's plenty of places for a lot of others to go.In fact, certain wrestlers that leave seem to improve their skills with more creative freedom a lot of others find a lot of success. When being misused there's a lot of frustration and it drives them out and makes a lot of them work harder to get over in other companies. Look how many people found so much success once they left and those who improved their skills both in the ring but also their mic skills.

Adam Rose did not "beat his wife". He got into a heated argument with his wife and grabbed her face. Neighbours called the police. His wife begged the police not to arrest him as he didn't hit her and she knew his career would be in jeopardy especially after WWE fucked him over with a wellness violation that wasn't an actual violation. (Jericho was almost suspended because he had a naturally high testosterone level, so the testing and zero tolerance approach is flawed) WWE have protected scumbags for years, but had no problem firing a guy with a sick child for no real reason.
