robforu5268 Thank you! I tried going higher because this rep was fairly fast, but I misgrooved. I think I need more practice with heavier weights.

You are right! As a PT/ATC had I been there working with you I would have gotten you to "reset" - I would have made sure that you were stretched and loose after pushing the 235 then said things to help you get your mindset ready and on track and when all that stuff was accomplished I am sure that probably 250 would have gone up on the next try! You are already putting impressive numbers up in relation to your body weight!!
