Penpa Tsering likes to tell sweet stories that can fool some Tibetans in Exile, but more important than telling story, lies in what leadership can bring development in Exile CTA , regarding Education, Financial, etc…and the effective political steps to challenge China 🇨🇳 ????? Otherwise only empty talks and story telling will become only sweet time pass to fool the blind faith, uneducated people in Exile community , as it is the easiest game of politicians who can’t act practically for concrete development !!😮😮😮
