Very cute, but a far better use of space I think would have been to repurpose the outside patio area floor space internally. I know this would be more prices to build - but perhaps just enclosing the current area as is in glass would do the job? A sun room type of area. Although if the dining was fully structurally brought inside - that might offer a little extra room for a closet in the bedroom perhaps? Then there's no need to worry about cold weather dining. Keep the side door - 2 external doors always nicer than one - and that outside space can then still be developed into an outdoor dinning patio area if the owner wants it. The built on patio certainly looks pretty - but it comes at too much expense from the indoor space I think. To compromise - A little cafe table and 2 chairs might suffice on front porch instead. No doors on the bedroom and bathroom areas? Bedroom - fine, but bathroom - no. Bedroom so cramped - perhaps the inner wall facing the living area might be nicer in some sort of frosted glass or divided by some other less solid barrier barrier perhaps? Sorry for being picky - I'm a bit of a floor plan fiend. It's still a super cute tiny house though.

Not sure why the chairs aren't facing towards the fireplace. I don't care for the open bathroom at all or it being a wet bathroom. Need at least a shower curtain. The outside is pretty. The house is too small for me.
