They have moving trucks n Sicily. Not like huge American style but local guys. Moving furniture is doable.

She speaks Italian and French but they do have an English translator with them all the time. Italy doesn’t post all homes like the MLS system in the United States. Maybe 10% of available homes are online. They tell you to come and do a tour for yourself and that really is the best way. I thought if I show some homes it would help people know what is available before making the trip so you aren’t going in blind. It may not be a fit for everyone. The agents name is Nathalie and you can message her on WhatApp or email. She will translate to English on her end. This house is at via Milazzo 67. There are ones for 25,000 euro and up with views. There are probably some for less but I haven't seen them yet. They would be smaller.

No cheap, IS ALMOST FREE 1 euro usually you need to spend 60k extra and you may not be eligible to get it, they do not sell it to anyone and the rules are very stricts.
