Aiden doesnt get in the way , he measures rooms goes ahead of you to make sure areas are safe for you to walk. Maybe he just needs to do a bit more of the production. Maybe you take a couple of roomsand he take a couple of rooms. Share the presentation. Just a suggestion and we coukd see more of him.

The access to the cantina is blocked. Remember that once you enter into that storage area we showed the floor? So that's where it would need to be reopened

Wow, very nice. Love the huge rooms. Love the country side views. Does need a bit of updating. Lots of potential on top, would have to raise all the doorways. Very nice terrace bonus ! I find your husband vety hrlpful in determining both size of rooms and ceiling hights, so hes a bunus that diednt need to be talked about. He also usually gives room dementions. Wished you had shown the basement cantina in this one. Would be almost perfect if it had a small yard for my dog. Thank you.

I wonder, as large as all the spaces are, if you could make that into multiple smaller units and the whole building uses the communal staircase? I would also be curious to see the cantina. Was the closed up stairwell the only access? It looked like it could easily have window access at least from that back side of the building that faces the mountains. That is a huge property and for that price having multiple units that could be rented either short or long term and still have a dedicated area for the property owner. Nice one!!

Very nice house. Too big for us and you need somes update: Kitchen, tiles, furnitures and toilet. I thing if some one can, with a geometra, figure out how to put two or three apart and maximize the space it will be a nicer place. But if you want to live in a house and go back in time (60's or 70's) it is the best place. Very nice video but one thing was missing is the cantina. Love you.🤩

I know I'm just an American, but I'm trying to figure out some of the terms you are using, and what they translate to in English(American😊) I'm guessing "bombula" is what we would call propane gas? A "land room", is what we would call a living room?

We tend to use a combination of Italian words and Australian English to explain things. So for example bombola is the gas bottle (propane) in Italian. Loungeroom in Australia is your living room or where you would put your couch and sit. Hope this helps
