@@TheMajorTom2010 ya, id rather turn it down than not be able to adjust further. But I mention this as advice to the creator. Seems like that's the cost line between successful channels, and those who auditor to grow. The audio levels are always lower, regardless of production quality on smaller channels. The big guys always have lots and clear sound. Not trying to be difficult

In prusaslicer you can set a color change between layers its pretty easy. There is a guide on their website on how to do it.

A tip for anyone printing the self defense cat: On one side the ears have a little embossing for detail. Make sure you print with that side up so you don't get any weird overhang issues

Definitely love to see a video on openSCAD. In particular it would be great to see how to design a custom lego block with a personalized message on it. For the piggy bank, I drop this in mesh mixer and put a letter on the belly (first letter of kid’s name) as a customization. The kids really like that. Although you can’t have a spare stock ahead of time with that method.

@@thenextlayer I was wrong... I tried in Mesh Mixer but failed, I think because it was the first time I used it. (There is no way to directly make letters in mesh mixer. I will try again because I think I know the right way to do it now.) I ended up using Tinkercad. That was super easy but I lost a lot of the nice fidelity in that model. It came out a bit "low poly". I think the easy but correct workflow would be to generate a STL of the letter in Tinkercad (or whatever) and then combine to two STLs in mesh mixer. This would preserve the fidelity.

What material do you use for guitar pick? It seems like material matters. From my experience nylon seems flexible but durable. Perhaps PLA is a suitable replacement for nylon?

Congratulations to both of you on the birth of you son! That's awesome! Pro Parenting tip: Give up the idea of owning a nice tv. Buy a projector instead. I'm speaking from experience with 2 boys in the house and 5 tv's that have died over the years. The projector is cheaper and will last much longer :)
