Just a question I have the same printer and whenever I print something with infill let's say these squares that are always inside each print it always rubs and it's terribly annoying. Do you know if i need to change some setting?

Hello my friend. Do you mean that the head of the nozzle hits the object being printed? Which software do you use? Is the printer accurately calibrated?

@@Pedramstudio I tried connecting to other programs, nothing worked. I'm currently using Creality Print. Do you know what settings to change? And yes, I mean the nozzle head rubbing against the object.

If your printer is placed on a table that vibrates, this might be the cause of the problem. Before starting the print, make sure to calibrate the printer properly. Adjust the filament temperature according to the manufacturer's recommendations. Keep in mind that even filaments from the same manufacturer may not have the same printing temperature, so each filament should be set based on the information provided on its label. Try printing at a lower speed, as the filament you are using might not be suitable for high-speed printing. In the Edit section under the Extruder tab, ensure that Z-hop options are enabled and the settings are in their default state. If you are using version 5 of the software, check whether this issue also occurs with older versions. By addressing these points, the issue is likely to be resolved. If the problem persists, let me know so I can provide further assistance. Additionally, if you encounter any issues during the print process, stop it immediately to avoid damaging the printer.
