fun to see your daughter growing up & then the new baby arrived & hard not to miss your many hair styles 😂& it's awesome how your dad stops in to help out & how the crew will come bang out pours with you & i think the most impressive part is how much you saved not having to rent various machinery building is expensive very cool when you finally got it shelled in & could work inside absolutely love the siding you did a really good job & i look forward to the continuation of the new house build great channel steve

The fact that you did all this in your "spare time" is amazing that it only took one year. Great video!

A lot of credit to you for learning from your dad some of the trades. Best concrete work I've ever seen and I now compare concrete work. Don't see any that compare to your dad's company. Looks like you're following in his steps very well. Great job(s)...

That was super AMAZING Steve! I am a relative new viewer, coming over from your Father’s channel. You guys are both “old school” and do everything first class. Very refreshing to see a young person being so honest and capable. Your new house is so well thought out, and I am anxious to follow the complete build!

Need some Info on minisplits. Are you happy with the unit you installed in the garage? I have a 1000 sq. ft. woodshop with two electric heaters that have started to not shut off with the thermostat they have. This causes the heaters to run and not shut off when the desired temp is reached. These heaters are costing about $130.00 a month in the winter for electrical. May be more this year because it seems our winter in western PA is going to be a cold one. How is the electrical cost of running your minisplit? I have 10 ft. ceilings in the shop. What size 220 breaker is needed for your minisplit?
