I love your transparency! I am also a nurse who enjoys mini homesteading. I have recently started a YT channel too! I originally found you while I was going through nursing school. I can relate to the nursing burnout. I work night shift and it’s just really taking a toll on me!😢

Night shift is so brutal. I always wished I was one of the lucky few that thrived. Unsolicited advice: go part-time if and when you can afford to. It's definitely a sacrifice that involves a tight budget, but it's so worth it.

I think it's great that you've been able to work part-time and be at home more often. It's a sacrifice, money-wise, but time flies and kids grow up so quickly. You can't get those years back. My son and DIL are going through this now that they are parents, trying to balance home and work. It's a struggle!

Thank you! It's definitely been great for the family, even if there's a lot of sacrifice involved. ♥️

I love your channel and so glad you’re making more videos! I bought some soy wax melts from you a couple years ago and still use them. I think of you when I melt them. 😊 I am a girl momma and the same age as you. I have super tall girls too.👯‍♀️ You are an amazing momma! Just wanted to say hi and that I appreciate your content. Keep shining, beautiful! 🫶🏻

We call and see if anyone is available to cover us while we go. We usually don't have much time to drink water, so we don't have to pee very often unless it's a long case.
